Wondering about the shipping times or what if you change your mind?...all of our terms and conditions are outlined below.
General.
All visitors must be over the age of 18 to view and order products of this web site.
Shipping.
Our aim is to ship all of our products within 2 weeks of order. The closest estimate of shipping time will be given before purchase of the products. Should we take longer then anticipated discount vouchers will be offered to make up of any inconvience suffered. When shopping for personal items we understand that discretion is often desired, with this in mind we will always ensure that products ordered from us will be tastefully wrapped and shipped in un-marked packaging to a location convenient to you.
All items will be sent via registered post so tracking is possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, where possible we will provide the tracking number and any other details relating to the safe delivery of your goods.
Orders over $100 are shipped for free. Should your order be lower then $100 a surcharge of $6.95 postage and handling will apply. Currently we only ship to Australian addresses
What if I change my mind?
Should you change your mind about your purchase at Ann Louise please let us know within 7 working days after the order is placed. Should you have already received your order, it will need to be returned within 14 days in prestine condition without the packaging been tampered with. Only when the goods are back with Ann Louise will a refund be issued. Please allow 7 working days for any refund. Ann Louise does not accept responsibility for any items returned to us that are lost in the post, to avoid any problems make sure you register all returned items. Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on our products after the 7 days cooling off period however should there be a manufacturing problem with any of the goods supplied a replacement item will be offered. All replacement items will be given based on the requirements of the original purchase ie if a product is ordered in a certain colour or size the replacement item will be of the same colour / size as the original order.
